The website www.glidetrip.com is published and maintained by Glidetrip travel private limited a company incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of India.This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes, as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.

This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of the Website ‘https://www.glidetrip.com’ and (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”)

When you access, browse or use this Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth herein. When you access any of the sub- Site (whether belonging to an 'associate' of Company or otherwise) through this Site, then such sub-Site may have its own terms and conditions, which are specific to such sub-Site.

These Terms and Conditions of use and any additional terms posted on this Site together constitute the entire agreement between Company and you with respect to your use of this Site.

SITE AND ITS CONTENTS

  • This Site is only for your personal use. You shall not distribute exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything you copy from this Site, including but not limited to any text, images, audio and video, for any business, commercial or public purpose.
  • As long as you comply with the terms of these Terms and Conditions of Use, Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to enter, view and use this Site. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of this Site in any manner whatsoever.
  • Access to certain areas of the Site may only be available to registered members. To become a registered member, you may be required to answer certain questions or provide certain details. Answers to such questions or details required may be mandatory and/or optional. You represent and warrant that all information you supply to us, about yourself, and others, is true and accurate.
  • This site is for consumer use only. Any travel agent/tour operator/ consolidator/aggregator should not use this site for individual/group bookings. In the event of bookings by any travel agent/tour operator/consolidator/aggregator through the Site are detected, the Company reserves the right, including without limitation, to cancel such bookings immediately without any notice to such travel agent/tour operator/aggregator/consolidator and/or to withhold payments/ commissions thereto. The various discounts and offers mentioned on the Site are applicable to the Consumer for the purposes of end use only
  • You are requested to report to www. glidetrip.com in the event you find any content on the Website which you deem is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable, against any religious beliefs, spam, potentially infringing or is not authorized by the intellectual property rights owner or is violative of any applicable law. On receiving such report, the Company reserves the right to investigate and/or take such action as the Company may deem appropriate.

LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

  • This Site may contain links to websites operated by parties other than Company. Company does not control such Sites and is not responsible for their contents. Company's inclusion of hyperlinks to such Sites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such Sites or any association with their operators. DISCLAIMER

  • Furthermore for the purpose of registering on Company's website and mobile application and for services of the Company, you hereby acknowledge and agree to undergo a mobile number verification process. The Company uses third party services for the purpose of aforesaid mobile number verification process and you hereby acknowledge, agree and confirm to be bound by the terms and conditions.

OWNERSHIP

  • All materials on this Site, including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, icons and such like (the "Content"), are protected by copyright under international conventions and copyright laws. You cannot use the Content for any purpose, except as specified herein.
  • You agree to follow all instructions so provided on this Site limiting the way you may use the Content.
  • There are a number of proprietary logos, service marks and trademarks found on this Site whether owned/used by Company or any other third party. By displaying them on this Site, Company is not granting you any license to utilize those proprietary logos, service marks, or trademarks. Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and civil and criminal statutes.

GLIDE TRIP RIGHTS

  • If you send any communications or materials to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any comments, data, questions, suggestions or the like, all such communications are, and will be treated by Company, as non-confidential.
  • You hereby give up any and all claim that any use of such material violates any of your rights including moral rights, privacy rights, proprietary or other property rights, publicity rights, rights to credit for material or ideas, or any other right, including the right to approve the way Company uses such material.
  • Any material submitted to this Site may be adapted, broadcast, changed, copied, disclosed, licensed, performed, posted, published, sold, transmitted or used by Company anywhere in the world, in any medium, forever.

TRANSMITTED MATERIAL

  • Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to this Site may be read or intercepted by others unless there is a special notice that a particular message (for example, credit card/debit card/bank information) is encrypted (send in code). Sending a message to Company does not cause Company to have any special responsibility to you.

Copying of part or all the contents of this Site without permission of Company is prohibited except to the extent that such copying/printing is necessary for the purposes of availing of the services.

1 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY a The Founders/ Promoters/ Associated people of the Website are not responsible for any consequences arising out of the following events:

  • i If the Website is inoperative/non-responsive due to any connectivity errors associated with the internet connection such as but not limited to slow connectivity, no connectivity, server failure; ii if the User has fed incorrect information or data or for any deletion of data; iii if there is undue delay or inability to communicate through email; iv if there is any deficiency or defect in the products/services managed by the s or third-parties; v If there is a failure in the functioning of any other service provided by the Website.
  • The Website accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties, or for any damage caused to the User, the User’s belongings, or to any third party, resulting from the use or misuse of the Website or any service availed of by the User through the Website. The service and any Content or material displayed on the service is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy, suitability, completeness or reliability. The Website will not be liable to you for the unavailability or failure of the Website.
  • Users may be held legally responsible for damages suffered by other Users, the Website or any third party as a result of legally actionable or defamatory comments, remarks, or other information or content posted to the Website
  • Users are to comply with all laws applicable to them or to their activities, and with all Policies, which are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
  • The Website expressly excludes any liability for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable by the Website and which is incurred by you in connection with the Website, including loss of profits; and any loss or damage incurred by you as a result of your breach of these terms.

You acknowledge and agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with us is to terminate your use of the Website.

The information published on the Website in respect of services are for general information and reference purposes only, and are not intended to be of an authoritative nature under any circumstances. The facilities and Services are intended to be subject to availability, without any promises or guarantees on the same by the Company, and while certain information available on the Website is the property of the Company and the Company endeavours to keep the said information updated and accurate, the Company shall not make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. The Company bears no responsibility whatsoever for any consequences arising from the use of the said services by Users. The use of the platform is the sole responsibility of the User (or legally authorized person on behalf of the User), and in case of any negligence on the part of the User in acting on the same shall not be construed as imposing any liability, direct or indirect, on the Company/Website. The Company shall not be accountable for any information including but not limited to promotional offers, loyalty/rewards , redemptions which the User provides to its customers and the Company shall bear no responsibility towards legal and regulatory compliances of the same. The Company shall bears no responsibility towards reviews and ratings which the Customer provides to the User.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES

  • The User agrees and undertakes that they are accessing the Website and transacting at their sole risk and are that they are using their best and prudent judgment before availing any service listed on the Website, or accessing/using any information displayed thereon. a The User agrees that any kind of information, resources, activities, recommendations obtained/availed from Website, written or oral, will not create any warranty and the Website disclaims all liabilities resulting from these. You are solely responsible for your communication/interaction with other Users on the Website and the Website doesn’t make any warranty about the conduct of Users on the Website.
  • The Company/Website does not guarantee that the functions, products and services contained in the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Website or its server will be free of viruses or other harmful components, and the User hereby expressly accepts any and all associated risks involved with the User’s use of the Website.
  • The Website is and shall avail services from third parties to serve You better and these services will be provided on “as is” basis and the Website disclaims any liabilities resulting from these third party services. The Website will not be responsible for any internet delays and damages caused by such problems.
  • It is further agreed to by the Parties that the contents of this Section shall survive even after the termination or expiry of the Terms and/or Policy. You acknowledge that this Site is provided only on the basis set out in these terms and conditions. Your uninterrupted access or use of this Site on this basis may be prevented by certain factors outside our reasonable control including, without limitation, the unavailability, inoperability or interruption of the Internet or other telecommunications services or as a result of any maintenance or other service work carried out on this Website. Company does not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any ability/inability to access or to use the Site.
  • You also acknowledge that through this Site, Company merely provides intermediary services in order to facilitate booking of tickets and hotel services to you. Company is not the last-mile service provider to you and therefore, Company shall not be or deemed to be responsible for any lack or deficiency of services provided by any person (airline, travel/tour operator, hotel, facility or similar agency) you shall engage or hire or appoint pursuant to or resulting from, the material available in this Site.
  • Company will not be liable to you or to any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused from out of your usage of this Site.
  • If for any reason, law does not permit exclusions of liability then, the liability of the Company shall be limited to such amount paid by the user and retained by the Company for the transaction in question.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Company may add to, modify or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time as it may deem fit, without notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use or any terms posted on this Site apply as soon as they are posted. By continuing to use this Site after any changes are posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes.
  • Company may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other Content posted on this Site, including features and specifications of products described or depicted on the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.
  • Company reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety and integrity of Company's systems as well as its clients and users interests are and remain, well-protected. Towards this end, Company may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of orders placed by you.
  • If Company, in its sole and exclusive discretion, concludes that the said orders are not or do not reasonably appear to be, authentic, enforceable or valid, then Company may cancel the said orders at any time up to 06 hours before the scheduled time of departure of the relevant flight or 24 hours before the expected date of visit to any property booked through Company.
  • You may travel to certain destinations which involve greater risks than others, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences.
  • Company requests you to consult your local authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions,warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by them before booking travel to certain international destinations.
  • By offering for sale travel to particular destinations, Company does not represent or warrant that travel to such point is advisable or without risk. Company does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.
  • Company reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted herein, in any respect. Company shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.
  • Company reserves its right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion hereof without notice.
  • No waiver by Company of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative.

UNUTILISED TRAVEL BOOKINGS

  • The User shall request Glidetrip for any refunds against the unutilized or 'no show' air or hotel booking for any reasons within 90 days from the date of departure for the air ticket and/or the date of check in for the hotel booking. Any applicable refunds would accordingly be processed as per the defined policies of Airlines, hotels and Glidetrip as the case may be. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 90 days as above and all unclaimed amounts for such unutilized or no show air or hotel booking shall be deemed to have been forfeited.

DISPUTES

  • If any dispute arises between you and Company during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. Both parties shall agree to a sole arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
  • The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at Delhi, India.

DOMESTIC FLIGHT BOOKING TERMS

  • The total price displayed on the Site includes all applicable government taxes.
  • You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  • There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.
  • Refund against partially utilized ticket is as per airlines terms and conditions and could take up to 90 days.
  • To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  • Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  • All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / supplier.
  • We recommend user to refer airlines terms and conditions before booking the ticket.
  • By accepting our booking terms, user is also agreeing to terms & conditions of the respective airline
  • Glidetrip charges a non-refundable per passenger convenience fee of Rs.300/- for oneway flights and Rs.500/- for roundtrip flights, however, it may vary for few sectors/airlines.
  • Special Fares are applicable for minimum two and maximum nine passengers in one booking
  • Seats are subject to availability
  • Special Fares are not applicable on group

Bookings

  • Normal baggage allowance applicable for these fares
  • Minimum 2 passengers will be required in the PNR after cancellation in case booked under family fare.
  • All statutory taxes, surcharges and fees are to be paid by the passenger, as applicable on the date of travel
  • Flight schedules and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and change(s)
  • Most airlines do not permit infants younger than 7 days. For more information, please get in touch directly with the airlines
  • As per airline policy, unaccompanied minor passengers are required to carry specific supporting documents. Please contact the airline directly for the same

Check-in:

  • As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights.
  • For International flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure.
  • The passenger needs to check-in at least 2 hrs prior departure for Air India and Air India Express domestic flights else will be considered as a no show.
  • Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.

Amendments:

  • Every booking made on Glidetrip is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  • In case of Online Reschedule, the existing booking id will be auto cancelled with applicable airlines cancellation charges and a fresh booking id will be generated as per current pricing.
  • If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the Original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded,but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected
  • In addition to the airline's amendment charges, Glidetrip charges an amendment handling fee of Rs 300 per passenger per sector.
  • We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
  • Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
  • All bookings made through us, can also be amended by calling up the Airline Call Center directly.
  • For any amendments related to multi-itinerary reservations, call the customer support

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Every booking made on Glidetrip is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  • Some booked fares may be non-refundable as per the specific airline's policy.
  • Online cancellations: Cancellations can be made online . Step by step details for online cancellations are available in the website at ‘Refunds and cancellation’.
  • Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through phone.Call our customer support for assistance.
  • Glidetrip cancellation charges: In addition to the airline cancellation charges, Glidetrip will charge Rs 300 per passenger per sector for each cancellation.
  • Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic or email (For emails travel date must be more than 48 Hrs) through our customer support shall be entertained. Glidetrip shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium.
  • For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 4 hours before departure, you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled. We will not be able to provide any assistance for these cancellations.
  • For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before departure, you'll need to contact our customer support executive or email to support. The request through any other medium will not be entertained.
  • If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Glidetrip will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.
  • To cancel the tickets over the phone, call our customer support executive

Refund:

  • It is mandatory to contact/mail Glidetrip for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at glidetrip.
  • All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to Glidetrip by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process.
  • Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
  • Convenience fees paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests
  • The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the debit card.
  • On the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
  • In case, where the user has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Company with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Company within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
  • The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
  • Company will be able to initiate customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline.

Meal Selection

Policy

  • The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
  • The meal would be served only once in case of connecting flights.
  • The meal option is as per the flight's menu and availability.
  • The meal option is allowed only for adults and children (above 2 years of age).

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT BOOKING TERMS

  • The total price displayed includes all applicable government taxes. Excludes all applicable airport taxes or other charges payable at the airport.
  • You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  • Name entered in traveler's details should be exactly as per the passport. Name changes after booking are not allowed.
  • There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.
  • Meals, frequent flyer miles and special service are on request basis only and are subject to airlines terms and conditions and confirmation.
  • For any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles or promotion/ tie- ups, please contact the airline directly.
  • Kindly ensure that you have the relevant visa, transit visa (if applicable), immigration clearance and travel with a passport, with a validity of at least 6 months as on date of travel.
  • To avail infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you will be required to make a separate booking using a child fare
  • Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  • Glidetrip is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket, but will inform you of the same if informed by the airlines. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure.
  • Glidetrip will charge transaction fees for availing the glidetrip Services. Glidetrip reserves the right to alter any and all kinds of transaction fees from time to time, without notice. You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties and taxes for availing the Glidetrip Services.
  • Minimum 2 passengers will be required in the PNR after cancellation in case booked under family fare.
  • Glidetrip charges a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs.600- for oneway flights and Rs.650/- for roundtrip flights additionally on per airline and passenger basis.
  • Glidetrip reserves the right to cancel any booking made by any travel agent using promotional offers for business purpose without any prior notice.
  • Most airlines do not permit infants younger than 7 days. For more information, please get in touch directly with the airlines
  • As per airline policy, unaccompanied minor passengers are required to carry specific supporting documents. Please contact the airline directly for the same

Check-in:

  • The passenger is required to check-in at least 3 hours prior departure for International flights, else will be considered as a no show.
  • As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 3 hours before departure.
  • Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is under two years old.
  • You need to carry appropriates travels permissions (Valid Passport, Visa, Immigration clearance etc.) done before departure. Glidetrip is not responsible for any issues related to documents (invalid or inappropriate travel documents).

Amendments:

  • Every booking made on glidetrip is subject to amendment charges charged by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  • If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded. The rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.
  • In addition to the airline's amendment charges, Glidetrip charges an amendment service fee of Rs 649 per passenger per sector.
  • We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
  • Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
  • All amendments should be done at least 72 hrs (3 days) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 72 hrs and treat the booking as a No Show.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Every booking made on Glidetrip is subject to cancellation charges charged by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  • Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy. There will no refund in such cases.
  • On top of the airline's cancellation charges, Glidetrip charges a service fee of Rs 600 per passenger per sector.
  • Online cancellations: Cancellations can be made online by the cancel option available.
  • Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through phone.
  • All cancellations should be done at least 48 hrs (2 days) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 48 hrs and treat the booking as a "No Show".
  • For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 48 hours prior to departure, you'll need to contact our customer support team.
  • If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Glidetrip will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.
  • To cancel the tickets offline, call the customer support between 9 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week.

REFUNDS:

  • It is mandatory to contact Company for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at www.glidetrip.com.
  • Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary and shall be done within 5 to 7 days.
  • Refund for partially utilized tickets (for eg:- only one sector flown & other sector cancelled) may take minimum of 25 to 30 working days up to 6 months depending on the Airline.

Insurance :

  • Insurance is a third party product and is subject to terms and conditions of the third party service provider. Glidetrip in no way be held liable to any deficiencies of service and/or in any dispute between the customer and the third party service provider.
  • For any service related issues and/or any disputes regarding insurance needs to be settled directly with the third party service provider.
  • In case of rescheduling of the ticket, Glidetrip adjusts the amount paid for insurance with the rescheduling charges/fee.
  • In case of cancellation of the ticket, Glidetrip cancels the insurance and refund the insurance amount back to customer through the same mode of payment as used while booking the tickets on glidetrip.
  • In case of rescheduling of the ticket, Glidetrip, in any case whatsoever, will never issue the new updated insurance policy to the customer. The policy gets cancelled automatically and the refund is initiated by glidetrip back to the customer in such cases.// In addition to above terms and conditions, please check the terms and conditions of the respective airline booked by you. The terms and conditions of the respective airline booked by you applies to you.

Note: Glidetrip is a facilitation platform providing easy and convenient access to reservations. Due to the volatile nature of the aviation industry, airlines delay and default in refund of tickets. Glidetrip.com shall be in a position to process customer refunds against flight tickets only if the same have been refunded by the respective Airline. In the event an airlines discontinues its operations, Glidetrip.com will not be accountable for any customer refunds wherein the same have not been refunded by the Airlines. Glidetrip doesn't allow Ex-India booking on its platform and reserves the right to cancellation without prior notice in case of any such booking made on its platform in any way. In the event of cancellation by Glidetrip, Glidetrip will refund the booking amount to the consumer after deducting the airline charges and glidetrip fees as applicable.

BUS BOOKING TERMS

GLIDETRIP LIABILITY DOES NOT INCLUDE

    The bus operators bus not departing / reaching on time.
   • The bus operators bus seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation.
   • The bus operator cancelling the trip due to unavoidable reasons.
   • The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged.
   • The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady/child        
   • The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact, boarding point if you are not a regular traveller on that particular bus).
    The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.

PASSENGERS HAVE TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AT THE TIME OF BOARDING THE BUS

A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket e-mail).
Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card). Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.
All tickets issued shall be non-transferable.
Passengers are required to reach the boarding place before 30 min of scheduled departure time.

CHANGE IN BUS TYPE

In case the bus operator changes the type of bus due to some reason or any other discrepancy, we will refund the differential amount to the customer only upon being intimated by the bus operator.

TICKET CANCELLATION

Cancellation of tickets can be done either by logging on to the website or by calling on the customer care number toll free number (offline). To cancel the tickets online, Users shall have to complete the following procedure :

Click on Mybookings link and select 'Buses'.
Click 'Cancel your Booking'
Click on Cancel after checking your itinerary.

Please Note: Cancellation charges levied by Bus operator will be applicable at the time of cancellation. Glidetrip does not levy any cancellation charges on its own.Cancellation charges are available on your ticket sent on your email ID. Partial cancellation of Bus ticket is not Applicable.

Reschedule of Bus ticket is not Applicable.Refunds on ticket cancelled will be directly transferred to the respective account from which payment was made at the time of booking.

HOLIDAYS BOOKING TERMS APART FROM THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS THE BELOW MENTIONED ARE THE SPECIFIC HOLIDAY BOOKING TERMS.

  • You acknowledge that pictures of the holiday packages as shown on the Site are indicative and may not be representative of the actual products.
  • The rates /prices of the holiday packages shown of the Site are quotation only and no blocking has been made. Prices/Taxes are subject to changes and availability.
  • You are requested to confirm acceptance of the holiday packages customized for you by return email for a valid booking to be made.
  • Booking of holiday packages is subject to availability and confirmation of the holiday package supplier. Special rates shall apply for peak seasons and the inclusions of such holiday packages may vary without any notice.
  • In case we are not able to provide the Hotel Packages as shown on the Site, we reserve the right to give the substitute Hotel Package of the same standard.
  • You agree that the terms of the holiday packages may be subject to change at short notices due to circumstances beyond our or the suppliers control included but not limited to force major events etc.
  • In such cases we act only as an intermediary agent with only the role of a mediator. Even if you make a booking through us, the contract will be between the supplier and you and the general travel and contractual terms and conditions of the supplier shall apply. We are not a party to the contractual relationship.
  • By making a booking through our Site you make an offer to purchase the service or holiday package from the supplier. We are authorized by each supplier to accept your offer on its behalf; this acceptance occurs when we send you a written confirmation of the booking and payment as per payment policy is received.
  • Before placing an order you are advised to check the description of the Holiday Package carefully. By making a booking for a Holiday Package you agree to be bound by the conditions of booking included in the Holiday Package's description.
  • Once we accept your booking on behalf of our suppliers, a legally binding contract is formed between you and the supplier of the service or holiday package chosen by you.
  • The supplier's general travel and contractual terms and conditions are made available by us to you by means of a link or full text before the booking takes place and they will apply in addition to those set out here. The supplier's terms and conditions may include provisions relating to payment procedures, default, liability, cancellations, changes of bookings and refunds (if available) and any other restrictions.
  • Where there is a conflict between any information on our Site and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will apply in priority.
  • We act as a mediator between you and the supplier and we cannot be held responsible for any non-performance of the contract.
  • We assume no liability for the performance of arranged services and/or holiday packages and we provide no guarantee with regard to their quality or fitness as represented. We do not as well supply any guarantee for the availability of services and/or holiday packages.
  • The responsibility lies with the supplier as direct organizer of the services purchased by you.
  • We request you to obtain suitable insurances/other protective measures etc. to safeguard yourselves.
  • The suppliers providing their services and holiday packages through us are independent contractors and not our agents or our employees. We are not liable for their acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence or for any personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. We have no liability and we will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force major or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
  • We only commit ourselves to a careful choice and control of our suppliers. Incidentally the relevant supplier shall be liable in its own responsibility.
  • Your right to cancel your service or holiday or modify your booking is determined by the applicable terms and conditions of the supplier. In such cases it is your responsibility to inform us in writing of such request specifying your booking reference. The time of receipt by us of the declaration of cancellation shall be decisive for the time of withdrawal and cancellation fees to be applied by the supplier.
  • The laws of India govern the Holiday Packages. All disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Delhi only.

HOTEL TERMS

APART FROM THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE BELOW MENTIONED ARE THE SPECIFIC HOTEL TERMS.

  • Glidetrip act only as an intermediary agent with only the role of a mediator. Even if you make a booking through us, the contract will be between the supplier and you and the general travel and contractual terms and conditions of the supplier shall apply. We are not a party to the contractual relationship.
  • Hotels may not allow local residents to check-in as guests . This is strictly subject to the Hotel Policies and glidetrip will not be responsible for such check-in denials.
  • Hotels reserves the right of admission. Unmarried/unrelated couples may not be allowed to check-in. Similarly accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a Couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Glidetrip will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.

  • Hotel may deny check in to guests providing Id Proof of the same city as the hotel itself.
  • The hotel pictures/information on the website, including amenities and facilities are provided by the hotel. This information is for reference only. For any discrepancy that exists between the website pictures and actual settings, Glidetrip is not liable and responsible.
  • It is mandatory for you to send the auto generated form filling your correct credit card details immediately to the hotel in order for the booking to be confirmed by the hotel/accommodation.
  • The booking is not confirmed until the filled auto generated form is sent to the hotel.
  • The credit card details should be sent only via the auto generated form and in no other format.
  • Prior to the filling of the auto generated form being sent to the hotel by you, your booking is only provisional and hotel has no obligation to reserve a room for you.
  • The hotel shall confirm your booking post authorizing and verifying the credit card details.
  • The hotel may deny your booking if it is not able to authenticate and verify the credit card details as per its terms and conditions.
  • The Company does not store your credit card in details database as they are sent by you directly to the hotel and stored by the hotel.
  • The hotel might block your credit card for the amount of the booking as per the hotel's terms and conditions and the Company shall not be responsible for the same.
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into the hotel.
  • Check-in time and check-out time is as per hotel policy & terms. Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it. Please note that the check-in time is subject to change as per hotel policy & seasonality.
  • Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Company will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  • Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas/ New Year's Eve or other festivals as decided by the hotel. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  • Government has levied service tax on hotel room charges effective on stays from 1st May 2011. This tax may be required to be settled directly at the hotel.
  • Time Zone applicable for content displayed on the website shall be Indian Standard Time for all purposes unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE FOR ALL HOTEL OFFERS

  • Glidetrip reserves the right to:
    • discontinue or extend the Cashback period without assigning any reasons whatsoever;
    • change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Cash back without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Customers acknowledge that they will not be personally advised of any such change/ amendment / addition /deletion/ modification. Customers are advised to check for any such change/ amendment / addition /deletion/ modification regularly. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
  • All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Cashback shall be borne solely by the Customer and Glidetrip shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.
  • Customers are requested to be accustomed, satisfy and agree to with these terms and conditions of the Cashback before participating in or making any purchase in relation to this Cashback. Participation in the Cashback is discretion of Customer.
  • Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Cashback.
  • Liability of Glidetrip shall be limited to the extent of the cash back to which Customer is entitled as per terms and conditions.
  • Decision of Glidetrip in respect of Cashback, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this behalf.
  • All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi only.
  • By participating in this Scheme, Customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Glidetrip does not provide any warranties with regard to the quality or fitness for any purpose of the hotels available under the Cashback. Customers agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless glidetrip, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, use, or loss of any Cashback related benefit/hotel booking, or participation in any Cashback-related activity or participation herein.
  • All other standard terms and conditions applicable are listed on www. glidetrip.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • The Cancellation Policies of the Hotels are dynamic and may change from time to time. The Cancellation policy of the Hotel may change in the interim period of booking and date of stay of the Guest. The Cancellation Policy prevailing at the time of check in/cancellation of the booking by the Customer will be the applicable policy.
  • Hotels being booked may have their own cancellation policy and may charge user accordingly.
  • In the event of Cancellation the money shall be debited from your credit card directly by the Hotel as per Cancellation Policy of the Hotel.
  • On cancellation of bookings done using promotional codes, the hotel cancellation charges are calculated on total price before discount. For such bookings, an additional glidetrip cancellation charge of 12% or Rs.500, whichever is minimum will be deducted from the refund amount after applying the hotel cancellation policy. For goStay bookings, glidetrip cancellation charge of 50% will be deducted.
  • Cancellations can be done online as well through our call-centre.
  • Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. The Company shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel without intimating the Company and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail.
  • If you don't show up at the hotel, you'll still be charged the entire amount and hotel will debit the amount from your card directly.

MODIFICATIONS & REFUNDS:

  • The company do not accept amendment request to the hotel reservation if the check in is within 48 Hours.
  • The Company doesn't support changes and modifications to online bookings once they're made.
  • All the refunds shall be done by the Hotel directly to you and the Company is not responsible to ensuring any refunds whatsoever.
  • Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

REVIEW AND RATING TERMS

These terms and conditions of use apply to any use of the Website including your browsing and uploading of hotel/holiday reviews, pictures taken by tourists / travelers, travel videos, forum postings, and any other publications by you on the Website.
